Digitell Tech Support

If you need support for the Digitell Virtual platform, please use the "Chat" button in the lower right hand corner of your browser. 

Digitell Support will only be able to troubleshoot issues with the Digitell platform. For questions about the event, please use the links above and a TCEA representative will be happy to assist you.

Build Your Itinerary

We encourage you to visit the Sessions tab on the left navigation to build your personal itinerary for the event. For your convenience and ease of locating sessions of interest to you, we recommend using the event Filter by Date or Tag which will allow you to sort sessions. Find a session you wish to add to your itinerary and click Add to Itinerary. During the event, navigate to My Itinerary for easy access to the sessions you selected and to launch your session(s).

Live Sessions

Live sessions take place in the Central Time Zone. All live-streamed Thought Leaders, Featured Focus presentations and concurrent presentations will be recorded. If your schedule does not permit you to attend the live presentation, you will have access to live recordings within 48 hours after the live session. Recordings may be accessed by clicking the View Archive button for each session. Each live session opens 15 minutes prior to the start time. To access your live streamed session(s) click the My Itinerary tab to view the schedule that you created and launch the session.

On-Demand Sessions

On-Demand sessions focused on different topics will be added each day during Feb. 1-6. On-Demand sessions are found in the Sessions tab. All on-demand and recorded content will be available for viewing through the end of day on March 5.

Accessing Sessions

The event live stream can be accessed by most mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones. However, we strongly recommend using a desktop computer or laptop with a hardline internet connection for best performance and experience

Accessing Session Handouts and Evaluations

Adding sessions to My Itinerary will allow you to access the evaluation and handouts for that session.

Earning Continuing Education Credits

If you attend all live, pre-recorded, or live recorded education, you will receive over 100 CPE hours. TCEA is a registered provider in the state of Texas by the State Board of Education. Those attending outside of Texas may utilize certificate of attendance in order to follow your state or country’s protocols to claim continuing education credits. After you attend each session, complete the session evaluation to earn continuing education credits. A certificate with your total credits accumulated during the event will be emailed to you after March 5.

System Compatibility Checker

attending the online event, be sure to check your system’s compatibility with the live broadcasting platform. This will ensure that you have all the proper items required for accessing the live event. To check your system, click the System Checker below. Be sure to apply necessary updates to your system for items that fail before the live event.
